What does SM Entertainment loook for?

SM looks for beauty of course. i mean half of them don't really have much talent but they are very good looking. SM may not teach korean but I'm sure they teach them other languages. you should learn more before you audition just in case. haha yesung can't dance but not all suju can unless given steps.
