Which American Landmark should I choose for my speech?

I have a speech I have to do soon, and it is about american landmarks. It requires you to pick one American Landmark (doesn't have to be official) and talk about its history, location, and cultural impact. I decided not to do the usual landmarks (ex. Statue of Liberty, Mount Rushmore, Grand Canyon, Golden Gate Bridge) and decided to do one that is less known but equally important. I am thinking about doing Wounded Knee Field, since it is a place that is rich in history and has a huge impact on history. But I want to here from you.
