Looking for a name/recipe for a potato dish I had at a restaurant in Fredrikstad, Norway a few years ago.?

The dish was kind of a creamy/cheesy mixture that was very rich and tasty. It's not Lefse or Komle. Maybe some sort of a scalloped potato recipe, but the there were whole round potatoes in the dish. I think the restaurant was on Storgata and on the river front. The restaurant seemed kind of like a lounge as well.
