Blackberry Curve BIS Help? Orange Pay As You Go?

I bought a Blackberry last week and I went to the orange shop yesterday and asked for the BIS (Blackberry Internet Service), and they said that it will come in 24 hours. It's been 24 hours and I still don't have my internet. What's wrong?
