Why companies don't accept different personalities, all they want is Talkative outgoing people.why?

Its not discriminatory if they are looking for an effective employee. The nature of most businesses is such that you must ne outgoing and talkative to effect a sale or a deal or just to be exceptionally curteous to customers and clients.
