Can i sue non-minor children for their parents ets?

Unless you have reliable witnesses that saw what happened, you will pretty much be wasting your and the courts time cause it will be their word against yours. Also unless you went to the hospital, you have no proof of being injured. But yes, if the car is in one of the parents name you can name them in the lawsuit too, but if you have no medical bills or any on going problems from the accident, don't expect to get much after the lawyer get their cut. And their insurance will be more likely the one to pay, not them. They might counter sue you for the damages to the car also.
