Silly putty recipe- very curious?

I have been looking online for months for the silly putty recipe. Not the borax recipe, I mean the store silly putty recipe. I know it's probably hazardous to make on my own, however, I'm not making it. I just am very curious of whats in it that makes it stretch and whats chemical makes it break. So please tell me what all is in it. PLEASE, with cherries on top?
