"Liking" someone over a long period of time?

lol im only 15 and im in highschool i like this girl since the 7th grade i never spoke to her but she knows i like her, im the shy guy but alot of people say u should start off with a hii and chat maybe see her and talk and simply tell her u like her or somthin these things r hard for me eh hope it help
