What mental disease does this person have?

Well Im not real sure.I have mental problems myself.I went into a mental about 3 months ago and I was told that Im bipolar.Your friend needs to see a doctor.They can and will give tests to see what the problem is.Sounds like bipolar to me but Im not a doctor.I do go to a site called www.coping.org.I took a test from that site and I do know that Im bipolar.But it may be something else with your friend.I do wish you good luck.
