Wedding reception in a penthouse suite, any decorating ideas? Colors: Pale Yellow and White.?

Ok, the room is a little on the darker side. We are going to have cake, hors d' voures, champagne and drinks.... I am going to have roughly 100 guests. Any help is greatly appreciated!
