Trichotillomania..stress problem of pulling out hair/lashes..i had it but my lashes are sparse HELP?

I had this stress problem but had it with my eyelashes...i dont do it anymore but i have no eyelashes..maybe here and there though..if any of you ever had it PLEASE HELP?? how can i cover it up? soooo many of my friends ask about why i dont have any! are there Any ways i can cover it up?? (i cannot put on mascara by the way)...Thank you!!
