Is there a part of the U.S. Army that patrols the water?

I know the Coast Guard protects the coast of course, and for a while I thought the Navy SEALs were all about the ocean, but now I know that's not true at all. Pretty much what I'm asking is: is there a branch of the military that stays on aircraft carriers and sweep the sea searching for drug smugglers, pirates, etc.
