I have a second interview, what does this mean?

I applied at Maurice's Clothing, and I had an interview, it went overall good, and she said she would call me back in a day or two, well 3 days went by & I called her, and she said she still had another interview to go then she will make her decision, well one week pes so i call 2 days in a row, then finally yesterday I called on 1 more time and she said she likes the persistence and to come in in 4 days for a 2nd interview with her t manager, is this good?
